It was from there she gained much of her appreciation of not only different styles but, more importantly, how spaces compose in special moments and memories and how they bring family and friends together. Her background all started with the home she was raised in, an 1887 Victorian (you have to ask her to share pictures!), then to heading out for family gatherings at her grandparents' mid-century ranch on the outskirts of her hometown of Three Rivers, Michigan. It was an amazing (and terrifying!) experience.īorn and raised in the Great Lake state of Michigan, Catie, from a young age, has always had a keen interest in interiors. I also took 6 weeks this last summer to live in my car (with Mae West, of course) and travel all over the northwest. After spending the last 2 years working in the mental health field (both inpatient and outpatient), I decided to start my own company, Whole Foundations, where I'm dedicating myself to helping women utilize fitness to find themselves, as I've had to do the past two years.įun facts: I have a little chihuahua, Mae West, and love to rock climb, hike, paddleboard, and, generally speaking, just be outside. I graduated in 2021 from Columbia University with my BA in psychology and earned my personal training certification and behavior change specialist certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Boise called my name 2.5 years ago after divorce, and the wreckage of COVID knocked me on my ass. I began wellness coaching after 23 years of modeling internationally (14 of those living in NYC) and navigating my own path to finding myself and feeling whole.
